Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the transport management service collects from transporters, their office users and their drivers, how it is used, and the choices you have. Your trip and party data belongs to you.

01 Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service for your transport business:

Account details: name, email, transport company, city, fleet size and preferred language given at signup.
Business records you enter: lorry receipts, trip sheets, diesel fills, advances, invoices, POD photos, party, broker and truck owner balances.
Driver details added by you: name, mobile number for WhatsApp messages, assigned trucks and trip settlements.
Photos sent by drivers: diesel bills, expense bills and proof of delivery.
Location data, only if you connect a GPS provider, and only while a trip is running.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and error logs used to keep the service secure and working.

02 How we use it

To create bilty, trip sheets, invoices, ledgers and settlements that you ask for.
To match POD and bill photos to the right LR, trip and invoice.
To send WhatsApp and email messages you trigger, such as LR shares, POD requests and payment reminders.
To suggest return loads in the AI Load Planner using only your own parties, past trips and truck positions.
To send login details, service notices and billing messages to account holders.

03 AI Load Planner and your data

Load suggestions are built only from the data inside your own account. Your parties, lanes, rates and trip history are not used to make suggestions for any other transporter, and the planner never books, quotes or confirms a load on your behalf.

04 Drivers and location

Drivers can see their own advances, diesel entries and trip settlements. If GPS is connected, location is read only between the start and close of a trip. We do not track drivers outside trips.

05 Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only:

With service providers that host the service, send email and deliver WhatsApp messages, under confidentiality terms.
With integrations you switch on, such as your GPS provider or accounting software.
When required by law, a court order or a government authority with proper legal powers.

06 Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside your account follows the roles you set, such as branch-only or billing-only users. Backups are taken daily and kept encrypted.

07 Retention and export

Your records stay available for as long as your account is active. You can export bilty, trips, invoices and ledgers to Excel or PDF at any time. After an account is closed, data is deleted within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

08 Your choices

Correct or update your account and business records at any time.
Ask for a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted.
Disconnect GPS and other integrations whenever you want.
Unsubscribe from product news emails while keeping service emails.
