Do drivers need smartphones?
A smartphone helps for POD and diesel bill photos, but plain WhatsApp is enough. Drivers do not need to install or learn anything new to send a POD.
Does it make e-way bills?
It records e-way bill numbers, validity and vehicle details on every LR, reminds you before validity runs out, and links to the government e-way bill portal process. Generation itself happens on the portal.
Does it work in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi?
Yes. Each user picks Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi or English. Bilty, trip sheets and settlement slips appear in that language, while invoices stay in the format your parties expect.
Can it track trucks by GPS?
Yes, by connecting your existing GPS provider. Truck positions then show on trips and help the AI Load Planner. Without GPS, every other part works the same.
Is it a load marketplace?
No. Return load suggestions come only from your own parties and your own past trips. Your parties and rates are never shown to other transporters.
How long does setup take?
Most transporters make their first bilty within five minutes of signing up. Adding trucks, drivers and regular parties for a 10 truck fleet usually takes one afternoon.
Can I bring my old party balances?
Yes. Enter opening balances per party, broker and truck owner, or upload them from an Excel sheet, and the ledger starts from there.
